We don't actually ship but we use shipping options for our customers to select "drop locations". We've been using this method for years but became aware of an issue today when a customer tried to select the "shipping option" for their desired drop location, and it immediately reverted to a the first option on the list. I tested it myself and see its happening to me as well; across multiple browsers and devices.
Any thoughts as to what would cause this? We've not changed anything on the site so I'm hoping this is simply a momentary glitch.

It sounds like it could be a glitch since you're using Shipping a little differently. I would reach out to our CS Team directly, just in case there is one: 1-855-700-6000.
They would be able to file something with our engineers, if needed too.
