Trying to setup Square on my Wordpress site

I have two problems in my setup and can't figure out how to fix it.

The first one is, I'm setting up payments and need to collect taxes from california residents. 

The second one is, sending out an email conformation with each order.

I placed a test order and didn't get taxed or an email confirming my order???

i did get the order to the business email.

To start - for taxes you will be able to create a tax at whatever percentage you need. Here are the steps to to add that tax: 

1. Tap the three horizontal lines in the navigation bar.
2. Tap Settings > Tax.
3. On Android devices tap Create Tax, on an iPad, tap “Add a New Tax,” or on an iPhone, tap the + icon. To modify an existing tax rate, tap it.
4. Enable the new tax, add or edit the tax info, and make sure to apply the tax to applicable items.
5. Tap Save when you’re finished.

Whenever you integrate with Wordpress, you will need to reach out to them first to see if there is an issue on their end. Once they have checked their end, we will be able to look into on our end.
