Hello, i have been published my website for my art around march of this year and i was able to upload and change my images for my items in my shop. I made some new display images to showcase my product more nicely and i was trying to sign in to change but i keep getting this message about an unknown error and try again, I asked support but i am getting no luck.

I refresh my cache, i tried another browser, i am lost and i hope to be able to get this fix so i an be able to change my images for my shop. this has been disheartening and frustrating, please help if you can.

I am having this same issue. I've reset my password, cleared cache, etc. with no luck. I tried Chrome and can sign in fine. On Safari I cannot login at all. I tried a Private Browsing window and CAN get logged in so I'm not sure what the issue is. I also tried turning off and Safari blockers with no luck either. I guess I'm missing something? But why did this start doing this? I've logged in fine for years but now, nothing. Any help is appreciated.
UPDATE: Oddly I can log into this Community area just fine (same username and password).
This has been happening to me on the item window too! It's been such a pain 😞
Even after switching browsers and even adjusting cookie choice, it won't let me through to add my item images! 😭 I'm so lost.
When going to another page from that specific log-in, it won't let me, either.
