Aargh! Just putting it out there hoping that it might be a quick fix for the engineers. For nearly a week now, every time I sign into my online dashboard, I’m challenged by a Recaptcha. It happens at least once a day and sometimes it has happened as many as three times a day.
Today, I understand why. I had to clear my browser history and cookies. But before there I have no good explanation for this rather annoying interruption every day! Ha

I tested with my demo account and not experiencing this. I do want to gather some more details so I can escalate this:
1) Is this happening on multiple devices?
2) What browser are you using, https://whatwebbrowser.com/?
3) If you can provide a screenshot that would be great
@MayaP Sorry for the delay. My life is pulling me lots of different directions at the same time these days! Ha.
It is happening on my iPad and iPhone. I haven’t tried any other devices. I am using Safari and Chrome (sometimes). Happens on both. The next time it happens I’ll post more. It happened this morning but I forgot!

I have already escalated this to our support team, and they are asking for some more details. There is no rush so whenever you can confirm with the web browser link above, the versions of Safari and Chrome. If you have any screenshots to that would be helpful. Thanks again, Chip!
@MayaP Screen shot of my most used browser below. Also, I know that iOS has a pretty new feature that allows bypassing of Recaptcha’s because iOS somehow verifies that I am a real human being who used FaceID to open my iPad, anyway. Other web sites still have the “I am human” checkbox, but when I click it they allow iOS/iPadOS to verify me without all of the silly Recaptcha picture identifications. Please ask the engineers if Square dashboard could do something similar? Thanks.
Do you have a screenshot of the captcha box that is showing up @TheRealChipA? To be clear it still happening on Safari and Chrome. Also, I am asking this because I know the team will, you have tried clearing the cache and history on both browsers? When you use Chrome what browser version is it?
