My square stand says it is not charging my iPad. Suggestions? The iPad does charge just using a cord.
First thing to check would be all plug connections. I know for me that the plug from the wall to the power brick was pretty easily undone... took me a day or two to troubleshoot that one...
If your Square Stand is bolted to the counter, there's a possibility the charging cord got crimped during the installation. Sometimes just removing the stand and fixing the cord can solve the charging issue.
Other than that, I'd recommend contacting Square Support. They may have some more ideas, and they can step you through a warranty replacement if you're eligible.
