Square items are showing not available

We have 5 individual items (tickets) created for an event. These links worked for a while and we sold some, but now they are showing not available. They are visible, there is no inventory listed that would be out of stock, and nothing that I can find from prior answers to help me solve this. Can anyone tell me why this would be occurring? Thanks!

If the item has been made visible but you are still running into this issue let's reach out to Square Online Support at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. Thank you for your reply. We did that yesterday and were transferred four times before someone told us this is a Square online "glitch" affecting some of their customers. It's still not working this morning, and we are losing revenue each day. We can call them back today, but how are customers supposed to know when there is an issue? I spent two hours trying to fix it myself, tried to chat but they couldn't answer this question, and then had to go through several customer support people on a phone call before being told it was on Square's end. We are definitely looking at other platforms now, especially if this is going to take days to fix since we can't sell tickets to our event which is coming up within a month.

Hi @West1223 👋 Stepping in for @MayaP since she is not here at the moment. 

 

Are you still having this issue, and if so, can you post one of the links here? I tested a couple links, but I was not seeing any type of error. Did the rep you spoke with happen to mention if there was a known bug?
