Square app - Items disappear

can anyone please explain why I put an item into my square app push save and done then my item disappears

Some stay but most disappear

Can anyone walk me through a step by step fix?  what am I missing?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the frustrating experiencing when adding items. 

It might be worth checking that your app is on the latest software version available, before adding these items again. Have you had any trouble adding items from your Dashboard?

I can add from my dashboard 

Since my info is storage on my dashboard I was thinking of reinstalling the app on my phone 

what are your thoughts

Please give downloading the app another go, @Painted. The items you've added in your dashboard should be visible there now. Please let us know how you go!
