Square Terminal and the Royal MB-30 usb cash drawer

I received my square terminal and bought the Royal MB-30 usb cash drawer because it says on the box it is square supported but my terminal isn't finding it. Is there a way to hookup a cash drawer to the terminal where it wil open up?

Is the issue that it's not being recognized by the app or that it's connected, but does not automatically pop open with cash sales?

After looking into our list of compatible cash drawers, the Royal MB-30 is not coming up as a compatible unit with our Terminal.

Is the message claiming for it to be supported on the box that the drawer came in? Can you attach a photo? Thank you!
