Square Terminal Support..... Just sayin'

So on the sales page for the terminal we have this:



But I don't think there is any out of office phone support (tested the phone number listed on the Terminal support section on the device itself & shows as closed)

Hi @Sam_400º, thanks for flagging this! You should be able to reach our Support team out of hours. I'll let the team know to make sure that calls are being routed correctly. 

Out of interests, when you are calling the Support team after 5PM, were you prompted to enter your customer code at any stage?

@tranguyen Nope - got the closed message before any option for customer number. 

The support page in the terminal menu also says 9-5 only too.

Thanks for that @Sam_400º, that should definitely be amended. I'm waiting to hear back from our team and will let you know once I can confirm the current flow for calling out of hours!
