Square Terminal, Hub and 'Compatible Barcode Scanners'

I have a Square Terminal and Hub i have tried a;

Hyperion 1300g

and 

Zebra LS2208

both wont even power up when connected to the hub and terminal

Both scanners work on my laptop

I'm at my whits end and running out of money to solve this before i send everything back for a refunds

I'm sorry to hear the barcode scanners are not working on your Hub for Terminal, I can understand your frustration.

If the barcodes are working as intended on your laptop, the issue could be coming from the Hub. Could you first try the troubleshooting steps outlined here ? If the issue persists, you will need to replace the Hub. You can reach out to our Support Team to check if the hardware is still under warranty, they'll be happy to assist !
