Square Store keeps reading 'Item Not Available"

I have used square for a long time, but am just trying to set up an online store for the first time. I have updated my inventory on my regular square items, but when I try to add the items onto my site, the inventory does not show up and it says 'item not available'. Please help!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community, @heidivpottery! Check out the solution in this post - your items are probably being marked as unavailable when they sync to your online store. You can update that for existing items by editing the item's visibility in Items > Item Library.

Hi Adam,

 

I already had toggled off the Mark newly imported items as "Unavailable" online.

 

I still cannot get this to work. I was trying to decide between square (which I have used for years at art shows) and shopify, and this is super frustrating and not intuitive.

Stepping in for @AdamB here. Sorry for the frustration this has caused you.

 

I think what he meant is updating the visibility options once you're in the online store settings even if you have that toggled off.
