Square Messages Failure

I have a subscription for square messages. I have tried to message a client today that I have previously messaged many times but it keeps saying "Not Delivered. Resend", but resending does not work. What is the issue here?

There are two common reasons you might receive an error message when trying to send a message:

 

  1. Missing Customer Information - Your customer’s contact information might not be on file with Square. You can learn more about setting up customer information collection tools to ensure their details are captured accurately.
  2. Unsubscribed Customer - If a customer has unsubscribed from Square Messages, they won’t receive messages sent through this feature.
