Square Add-on with Gravity Forms

Our museum uses Square and we're trying to set up a form on our website that will take payments via Square (we use another software for ticketing, etc.). We have Gravity Forms on our website (built through Wordpress.org), which has a Square Add-On option. When we try to connect Square to Gravity, it takes us to the Square website, where I log in and allow it access to our information. However, the next thing that happens is a redirect back to Wordpress to show that we have successfully connected to Constant Contact. Our web consultant doesn't know why this is happening and we can't find any reason that it won't connect to Square or why it redirects to Constant Contact forms instead of Gravity Forms. Any thoughts?

I am so sorry for the delay in response here. This is not the norm in the Square Community at all. 

With that being said, are you still experiencing this issue? When you say you connect Square to Gravity forms, what do you mean by that? Could you add a link to your website so I can look at it?
