Sorry, delivery isn't available for this address

I'm trying to make a test order via our Square website, delivered by DoorDash. My personal address is within the delivery radius, but when I try to order delivery, it says "Sorry, delivery isn't available for this address." I am able to order directly from the DoorDash app. What could be causing this?

HI, is the address you are using for the test order, the same address as on the Square account?  Everything is "Smart" (smart watch, smart security) these days, so it may be the system recognizing this an an invalid order?
