Since signing up for door dash. one of the two printers we have is only printing door dash tickets.
We have a blue tooth printer in the kitchen and a connected printer at the terminal. The printer in the kitchen is printing is only printing door dash orders.
My question is this, should the printer be able to print door dash as well as order taken on the terminal?

I don't have any Bluetooth printers, nor do I use DoorDash but I presume these orders are coming in through Square? If so, the printer profiles under Device Management allow for granularity of what prints where - that's where I'd start.
I am sorry @vinesandrushes, I just went off our internal Online Super list. I am going to ask our team if we can update the list so aren't just aimlessly tagging people. I appreciate you jumping in and providing your advice anyway, you rock! 🙏
No problem - hard to have enough granularity in that list to cover exactly what everyone has for a setup.

My bet is there is a printer configuration issue stopping the online prints.
More -> Settings -> Hardware -> Printers -> Profiles.
Take a look at all the various profiles you have here, on each one make sure Online Order Tickets is enabled under the Printer Defaults section.
This also assumes DoorDash didn't mess up any categories with the integration. I recommend verifying all your DD items are in their correct categories.
