Shop all page on website won't load

Hi

I have tried safari update browser with cache and cookies cleared also google chrome too. My shop all button won't load on my MacBook, iPad or iPhone either. It's just 3 dancing dots. It's the same for the sale page that won't load either (that one comes up with a server 500 error) after trying to load. But the shop all just has dancing dots for over the last 8 minutes and still won't load either.

 

I have tried republishing my website to no avail. 

What else can I do ?

Did you make any recent changes to the shop all page?

Thanks for your reply.

No I did not touch the shop all page all I did was add a new page to the navigation menu in one of the other sub-menus. But now my shop all and my sale page do not load. My other pages load like information ones. But anything with products on apart from my home page won't open.

Is there any news yet please ? Obviously i'm losing hundreds of pounds in sales and I was just ready to list a brand new product launch and I can't access any item pages on the website for to make sales 😢 

This is quite a troubling matter that it goes down like that for some and not others when I haven't done anything to break it!
