Shipping Isn't calculating in my cart

Hi,

I have my shipping set to calculate based price of the order. I just tried to test it in the cart but its not showing up. still says $0.00. I must be doing something wrong. Any suggestions?

HI, can you share a screenshot of your Shipping Destination Regions & Rates?

Please know you need to process through to Payment before any shipping rate will display for you.  The system needs a valid address to determine shipping.
