We have had our store set up for almost a year. Up until recently we haven't had any issues with selectable options. Starting last week, and becoming more and more frequent every day, we have started received complaints that people can't select sizes or options on certain items. For instance, a woman was trying to select a large latte but there were no size options available. I have checked all the option settings and variations to make sure everything looks right. I also don't track stock on these items, so they aren't out of stock. HELP!

I just went to your site and looked at the "Hot Latte" and I'm seeing three sizes available to select. I looked at a few other drinks, too, and I'm seeing 'small, medium, and large' options.
Do you know if your customers aren't seeing the different size options while trying to order from a mobile device or web browser?
Hi @nika Thanks for taking a look. It is only some customers that this is happening to. Some people are using a mobile device and 1 guy was using a desktop. It happened on different operating systems too.
Thanks @CustomHouseCoff. It sounds like it could be because those customers are running outdated versions of OS and/or browser. It's tough to tell since I'm not seeing any issues with your items. However you can always call our Support Team and have them triple check everything on the back end.
