Scanned Invoice to Imported Purchase order with OCR

I was just searching software that would covert a scanned image of an invoice and turn it into a .csv file to import it as a purchase order into Square. There were a lot of different options for OCR software paid and free. I was wondering if anybody has an experience using these with Square and which one would work the best.

I have done this with Excel as shown in this 1 min video.  https://youtu.be/_5nGeEwx9ZI 

The only thing the video does not show is after seeing the Table in Excel you need to save that sheet as a CSV file not as a Workbook.

I did this for converting some PDFs to csv to import to QuickBooks so importing the csv to Square should be the same.

Since I have excel there were no more fees for this.
