Hi there, I have Square connected to my Acuity Scheduling account.
When generating monthly reports in each, I’m getting completely different amounts and can’t figure out why! Can anyone shed any light?
I’m working with a new accountant soon and need to generate income reports that show sales, transaction fees, discounts etc.

Sorry to hear you are running into this. Unfortunately, we don't have access to your account here and also in this case you’ll need to contact Acuity directly as they handle the integration with Square and the workings of the two accounts together. They will be able to run through some troubleshooting with you on this.
