I've been getting this issue for the past week. It's rather irritating to be informed by customers that the site doesn't seem to be working as it used to, only to realize the Instagram feed hasn't been functioning and we can't reconnect our account no matter what we try.

There was actually a Meta outage yesterday, which in turn, impacted our Facebook and Instagram integrations. Yesterday evening, our engineers confirmed that the issue was stable. Taking a look at Meta's Status Page today, it seems they've resolved nearly all issues on their end 🙂
I hope this information is helpful, but please do let me know if you are still experiencing any issues with Meta integrations at this time.

Looks like it’s happening again. I’m guessing Insta have changed their API again and Square has not caught up yep!

Instagram not connecting again. Getting this error code. Started with Instagram feed not working. was told to disconnect then connect again. Now its giving me this error code.

Thank you for the update. I’m afraid it’s still not working. In fact it looks like my web page is no longer connected to Instagram. So I don’t think this is related to the outage rather a bigger problem with the connection.

I posted an issue regarding this integration, I am not able to get my square appointments to connect to my Instagram and I am getting progressively more and more frustrated. I think someone moved by issue to this thread, but the answer is from 2024... I am posting this on 2/9/2025. What do I need to do to get this working?
Yep, not working again. it is at least consistently unstable.

Hello, looks like the Insta API is down again? 3 times now is as many months! Connection between insta and website is no longer working. Please can you take a look into this? Thanks.
any updates yet as of Monday December 16th? Still not working.
Thanks for your patience here - we just pushed a fix for this. One thing to note is you will have to reauthorize your Instagram account. We'll be sending out comms shortly about this but figured I'd respond here first!

@Deryn1 we had an outage for about 40 minutes on Saturday. All resolved now but if you tried the API during that period of time, you likely had an issue. I am seeing the Instagram section load on your site.
