I have 2 Square Registers connected to 2 APG cash drawers (APG VB554A-BL1616 USB).
Since updating my 2 Registers software today, both drawers are no longer seen by the registers. I have restarted the registers, swapped cables, different USB ports etc. but no luck. Tech support at square has been no help, they want me to get new drawers :-
To reiterate, both were working 5 minutes before the upgrade (which happened automatically). Has anyone had this issue? Is it possible to downgrade the software? Any help would be appreciated...
I'm not having issues with my registers. Are you using Register, Stand or IOS without Stand?

Wish I could be of help. We use two registers, after the update, all things are working as usual for us. Do you have printers? Are they working as usual? I recall some drawer problems being caused by bad connections or wifi problems with our old printers.
