I can enable gift cards for sale and have purchased one to test the process and everything seems to be working. But I cannot figure out how to redeem the gift card in a self service order. Most of my business is from self service orders routed through Square Online so this option is critical to making eGift Cards work for me. Any suggestions?

If the self service option is tied to the delivery option, it won't work. They didn't develop the payment type of gift card for delivery, it is only for shipping, pick up and invoices. According to support there is no timeline on when it will be released.
Thanks for the response, MoniJ. Yes, that's exactly what they told me when I called. Seems silly since it means I can only sell gift cards to people who can't use them. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
