I cancelled an invoice, but the system is still holding stock preventing people buying items. What can I do?

What exactly are you seeing in your inventory? Is it the stock available or the stock on hand that isn't reflective when you cancel an invoice? If possible, can you send screenshots of the invoice and the stock levels, please?
The more information and visuals you can provide the better equipped I will be at finding a resolution.
Hey @k_atie thanks for getting back to me. I see correct amount of stock in my inventory, but "available to sell" amount is decreased by 40 items due to cancelled invoices. So when I have 40 bottles still physically in stock it shows as 'sold out' on the website. This issue is same for 2 items, which were on the cancelled invoice. How do I upload images here?

And just to clarify - were these one-off invoices you were sending or were they recurring invoices? Did you track stock at all, and do you update your stock as you sell these items?
I constantly track stock as I have a physical store and online one. This issue is persistent since I created original invoice
