Up until an hour ago, the photos in the POS system were syncing with our online website. However, no product image is currently syncing.
I've checked the settings and 'Sync product images' is turned on. Any photos that we added directly to Square Online are still viable.
Is square experiencing any sync issues?
We're using Square for Retail with Square Online.

Hi Matt,
have you tried clearing your cookies/browsing data and reloading. Sometimes to save loading time your device remembers how a website was loaded in the past, and displays it without the files that have now been made present as it doesn’t have those files memorised. Clearing cookies and browser data should fix this if that is the issue.

Thanks for replying, but the front-end is not my issue.
The photos from the POS backend are not syncing with the backend of square online. The backend of square online has dropped all primary images and only retained the images I uploaded directly to square online.
There are also issues with the options not syncing correctly. For some reason, the order of the options are randomly changing in both square online and the POS backend. The whole thing is completely frustrating.
