Payments through Weebly integration not transmitting customer info to Square site

I am taking payments on my Weebly site and am receiving emails that the customer has paid, but when I go to the Square site to set them up for recurring invoices, the customer information is not showing up. I am trying to get clients set up to pay monthly and have their card on file charged, but the information isn't showing up.

Hmmm. Do you log into Square and Weebly with the email address? What is your URL so we can look into this further?

https://www.integrativemindbody.com/  We're trying to set up the account through monthly auto pay via weebly not directly into square.

Okay @abigail1! Got it. 

 

So it sounds like you signed up through Square. I would open a private browsing window and go to weebly.com, and sign up using a different email address. That should work.
