Inventroy tracking is off for all our items. But once in a while, the inventory tracking is switched on automatically and customers are not able to order the items online. Looks like this is a bug. Can you please let me know how to get around this?
One such item is Boost for the location koldprezz.
Thanks for flagging this @Kumar. Can you provide a bit more information what your customers see when they try to order items online but cannot? Do they see the Out of Stock message or a specific error messgage. Do you know if those customers are ordering from a mobile device or a computer browser?
Also, when you say that inventory tracking is switched on - what do you mean? If you're not tracking inventory you can leave the Item specifics field blank.(When no inventroy is entered you'll see In Stock in grey text.)

we are not tracking inventory for any of our items. But suddenly i see negative stocks in some items. This is where there is a bug i think.
The customer was trying to roder from a browser and got an out of stock error message.
