Online Checkout Apple Pay Not Working

I've set up a link for customers to purchase an item via the online checkout feature. When they go to checkout, they're using Apple Pay and receiving an error that asks them to update their shipping address. Pressing this then gives the following error:

 

"Total Doesn't Ship to Your Shipping Address. Select an address that is supported by this website"

 

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Just to add, I have done a bit more testing and if the user presses the blue 'Checkout' button and then selects Apple Pay, it goes through without an issue. I'm thinking this might be an error rather than something that can be fixed in our account settings?

Hi @imluckystore, sorry to hear you're running into this. Our website may sometimes encounter errors when trying to connect to your browser. Here are a few troubleshooting tips you can try:
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
- Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, on an alternate device

2. Confirm the device you’re using (PC, Mac, iPad, Android device, etc.)

3. A screenshot of this error

4. Your checkout link
