Recently had a parent from our school who was trying to make an online payment message me stating the following:
"I kept receiving the following error while trying to make an online payment: We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again."
Then she followed up with:
"When I called my credit card provider this evening because my credit card was declined again they transferred me over to the fraudulent department. When I asked them why my card was declined they said it was because the place I do business with was using Square to process my order and that Square has been flagged by my credit card provider. They said they have had a lot of fraudulent transactions with Square and will not allow any company to proceed with my payment. "
What's up with this?
I’d ask the parent to submit that in writing.
