Newly Added Items Not showing up on website after publishing

I added a few products to my store but when I click on "publish" and go to the website to check, the items are not showing up. I've gone through the items and checked to make sure they're visible, etc., but still not showing up.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this? I never had problems adding items before.

HI, Square is known for its sync issues.

Are you adding items on the Square Dashboard? or the Online Dashboard?  If on the Square Dashboard, there will be a sync lag.  If added on the Online Dashboard, the items seem to sync faster.

I'm adding items via the online dashboard, but after publishing they're not there. I will check out the article you posted and see if it helps.

If I add items through the tablet, why do I not see them through the dashboard?  Do I need to add all items in dashboard and then they will be seen by tablet?

HI, it may be the sync lag that is a known issue.  By adding items with the Online Dashboard they seem to sync faster.  Please know there were several community discussions this week regarding sync lag.
