I have added a live feed from linkedin onto my website using elfsight however the size of the box is not tall enough to actually see the feed, I can see the logos at the top but nothing more. I have tried adding other elements, spacers etc adjacent to try and increase the height but nothing has worked. Any ideas or other apps I can use for a live linkedin feed?
Hi @JB154,
Thanks for reaching out to the community on this - Welcome!
Ordinarily, if you need assistance with custom code after reviewing the standard troubleshooting, we recommend consulting a coding expert, or the 3rd party provider directly.
However, as you mentioned that it’s a height issue, I wonder if you have tried customising the layout from your site editor? Perhaps the Layout option selected in the image below would offer more visibility to the content?
If the customisation options available within your Square Online Site Editor don’t help, I’d suggest reaching out to Elfsight for help in editing the code. I can see that another Seller had some success in changing the CSS width setting of their code, when they reached out to the provider directly for help. You’ll see the details in this Community thread.
If Elfsight believes it to be an issue on the Square side, feel free to share a link to your site and I’ll query it with our engineers. However, just to set expectations, the support they could offer for 3rd party code would be limited.
