Item Option Photos not appearing in online store when customer is shopping online

I have added individual photos for each of my item options, but when I go to my online store it only displays the Item main photo.  What am I doing wrong?

HI, when the template is in the Menu Format, the item pop-up will only display one image.  You would need to add each individual item separately.  If you were to change to the Retail Format, then all images for variations would display.
