On my Weebly blog posts, embedded Instagram codes do not publish correctly. Example:

Note, embed codes from other social channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) do publish correctly. It is just Instagram that is the issue. It used to, but about midway last year (2023) ceased. In the Weebly site editor, the display is correct - just not upon publish.
I've seen elsewhere that amending the embed code to include "https" in the last code line could be a solution, but that doesn't have an effect.
Any thoughts?
