Images zoomed in too much

I am creating a new website using Square. I'm uploading the same images as on my current site but on Square they are all "blown up".  When I go to "edit" them it shows the zoom as 391% as says that my imaged is "scaled up" to fit the frame. What is happening is that I'm only seeing part of the image because it is zoomed in so much.  I can't figure out how to zoom down, I can only zoom up on square.  We are a winery and our bottle images are just showing the middle of the bottle.  Thanks for your help.

Hey, there! Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community. It sounds like you may be using really large source images and need to reduce the dimensions of them prior to uploading. Let me know if this helps at all!
