Id verification for driver license wont upload

I am sorry you are having issues verifying your identity. Where are you getting that notification? Is this on the Dashboard after you submit it?

Square gives me no choice but to use my cell and a text link.

I don't see a resolution on this thread, but i'm having the same issue.I'm a new customer and I have money in an account in square and i'm unable to access it, because no matter what we do, it won't allow me to verify my identity
