I'm getting a connection error when I log into Square.

I get an error message when I try to log into Square that says "Network not found. Check connection. Error code CB4." My network is up and running and other applications are working on the notepad. I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing is working. I don't want to pay extra for manual entry of cards so how does this get corrected? I asked this question last week and never got a response.

Hi there, @VyanneMassage,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear this is happening. Typically, CB4 is usually a network error. We suggest trying to connect to another network after doing so like your mobile hotspot to see if that resolves the error - from there you can switch back to the main WiFi.  To manually factory resethold down the power button for 10 seconds until you see a black screen with a countdown timer. Keep holding down the power button on that timer goes to zero and the screen says you can release the power button.

Let us know if this works for you!
