I have Square for Restaurant Plus and my Sales Report doesn't show any sales in it.

I am newly setting up our Square for Restaurant Plus and doing some testing. I have cash transactions entered by a couple different team members, and the checks are closed/cashed out. I can see them in the Transactions list, and I see the summary of my sales in my View Live Sales, but my View Sales Report (working from a Square Stand) doesn't show any sales at all for today. AND, when I go to my Dashboard online, it shows "No Transactions" and "No Sales Yet Today."  Where can I see our sales for today?

Hi @bekind this happened to me and the reason was because I had toggled on the option that customers could reopen checks. If that is toggled on then your sales won't show up unless you close out the day. I couldn't close out the day from the register but I could do it from an ipad through the restaurant app. That option is under 'account'. Or else you can toggle off that option above and they will all show up. That option is located under 'devices' then 'service settings' then 'reopen checks'.
