I'm sorry you've been bounced back and forth. You can remove the Etsy integration from your Square Dashboard.
Once you're signed on, head to the tab labeled Apps on the left. From here select My Apps. You should now see the Etsy integration listed. Tap the "X" to remove it! 🙂
