How to get a 8 digit code to contact support

I transferred my domain from bluehost to square yet it isn't working and every time I call support from either hosting site they tell me to call the other hosting site. Super frustrating and not sure what the problem is.

HI, the domain change can take 7 to 15 business days.  Is the domain with Square or with an actual Domain Provider?  If with Square, they will receive and process for you.  If with a Domain Provider, you can do the change manually.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
