Hey @Fancifulflowers, thanks for flagging this and sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. 

This question comes up quite a bit so I'm just going to leave some troubleshooting steps below that usually help in this situation: 

• Make sure that you've linked a bank account to Square and that it has been verified.
• Make sure Order Online is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to your Square Dashboard > Online Store > Settings > Checkout
• Make sure items are in stock and have fulfilment methods applied to them
