How does a Customer redeem their eGift card on my Godaddy wesite?

I am having issues with the eGift Cards through my Godaddy Website. I am using Godaddy for my website and there is an option to offer eGift Cards, which I have done.  One of the options is to use Square, which is the option I picked.  I am currently using Godaddy Payments to process my credit cards.  

My question is when my customer checks out online, how do they redeem their eGift card.  I can not find where they would input the code number.  I have contacted Goaddy, but they were not able to tell me.  I have everything set up correctly.  My customers are able to purchase the eGift card successfully, but are not able to redeem.

Hi Nick99,

Just guessing here:  I believe you need to setup Square as your credit card processor.  Square eGift cards cannot be redeemed from 3rd-party eCommerce integrations.   As a Square merchant - the Square eGift card you sell is for your business, the buyer can not use a Square gift card with any store; they are specific to whatever independent store sold the card.
