How do we regain control of our Club Website, when the account owner is no longer a member

Our club website was setup by a former member, who is no longer cooperating and has removed privileges from the other site administrators. He was reimbursed the costs and all the content relates to our club activities. 

How do we get the ownership transferred, note its likely he will not agree to it.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Unfortunately, if the current account owner won't cooperate there isn't much we can do. My advice here would be to reach out to your law enforcement or lawyers, so they can assist with starting an investigation to help you recover your website. 

Again, sorry for this lamentable situation you are going through with the former member.
