My inactive location still show up in the shopping cart as a pick up option. which is confusing for my customers since it's not set up to make any purchases. I've deactivate this location from Square dashboard. But the weebly dashboard continue to show it's as a location that's not set up and this inactive location keep showing up in the shopping cart pick up option.
I accidentally created 3 locations and two of them are deactivated. but when some one orders a pick up they can still see the different locations how can i stop this?
Can you try my suggestion above? If that doesn't work, let me know - I'll loop in our Square Online team.
ok the only pick up and delivery i found was under fulfillment not settings.
and the other two locations only say set up posted screen shot below.
Can you disable pick for the inactive location directory from your Settings > Pickup & Delivery. You should see a toggle for the location.
Thanks for the screenshot, glad you found it. I'm on your site placing a test order - the only fulfillment method I'm seeing is Shipping. Is there a specific item our Team needs to check?

@JustinC Can this item be revisited? I think i'm seeing the same thing. I had issues setting up new locations this week, so ended up with a deactivated location. I only have one product on the website. I received a customer order and it shows under the inactive location. The location name came in as "NJHSold." I don't know if customers can see this, so I changed it to "N.J.H.S" to help me distinguish it from an Active "NJHS" location.

N.J.H.S. is clearly inactive.
How does this transaction show under an inactive location?
Location has been inactive for a couple of days.
I just think the order is linking to the wrong location somehow. Please advise.
