How do I restrict wage garnishments on payroll so only certain managers can add them?

How can I limit who can add wage garnishments to employees paychecks?

Hey @AFPB,

This would be a feature request. At this time, anyone can view the Payroll section and add these garnishments.

I've passed it along to the Payroll team on your behalf for the request also.
