How do I get an invoice to print out on one page?

Hi, when i go to print out an invoice after sending it via email- the invoice prints out on two pages. How do I get it to print out on one page?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. 

If you want print your invoice and adjust settings, first I would suggest downloading it as a PDF instead of printing directly from the Dashboard. To do so, take a look here:

1. Visit Invoices in your online Square Dashboard > create a new invoice.
2. In the Payment drop-down, select Share Invoice Manually > select a payment due date.
3. Finish filling out the invoice > click Create.
4. Select the invoice you want to print, then click More > Download PDF to save the invoice as a PDF or print it for your customer.

As far as printing an invoice on one page instead of two, that's up to your printer settings. Most printers give you the option on your computer to select how many pages you'd like to print, and if you want to fit more on one page, you can adjust the scale (try 60% instead of 100%). I found this via Google which may help, depending on your computer and printer.
