We have changed our business name everywhere we can see on the Square site, but the Shipping From address still shows the old name, and when we click on edit, the address can be changed, but not the store name.
How can the store name be edited?
Hey @MatthewCailes, if you've updated the business from the Account & Settings section on the Square Dashboard and it isn't reflected on the website, you may need to trigger a re-sync.
To do so on your Square Online site, head to Settings > Square Sync.
Here, click Change location under Selected Location. Even if you have only one location, click here still and confirm your choice. Once that's done, the name should be reflected in the Shipping section.
