We have only 1 email address and it is correct in our square account settings. However, our Feedback notifications are still going to an old email account. How do I change this when I can't find it in my account?

Your feedback notifications should be going to the email address we have on account.
If the new email is what's showing in your Account & Settings under email- I'd recommend reaching out to our CS team directly so they can help you get it updated or look into why it's doing this. You can contact them by phone or email through that link. Just select > More > I Don't See My Issue and it'll show you the information needed there as long as you're logged in.
