Favorites Glitch & App Crash

Hello Square Community!

 

I've been having major problems with my Square POS system - I'm unable to create and edit favorites in the Square app, as they DISAPPEAR after adding or editing. As well, the app keeps crashing whenever I try and create a category and add items to it. I've reached out to customer support multiple times and have had no response or help with the issue. 

Yes, I've tried uninstalling and re installing the app. 

Yes, I've tried restarting the iPad.

Yes, I've tried updating the app and the iPad. 

I'm not sure what more I can do.

  • THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO MORE EXTENSIVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY BUSINESS. This is the 2nd time in a week that Square is limiting my account and do not release the funds available for the company to operate. This is so crucial. Why didn't they give us this quiz on Wednesday since they told us the funds would have been released on July 1st, 2022. They waited an entire week to notify us that they didn't have any intentions of releasing the funds needed for the company to operate, even though over the phone, they told us exactly the opposite. They told us we were going to get the funds by July 1st at 6pm at the latest because they have cleared the account, the account is in good standing and shape so there were no issues why the funds would have been withheld and why we couldn't resume business as usual, instead of all that, they have forced us to shut down the company operations, provided major chaos with our vendors, customers and employees my not releasing the money the company is nig able to o😁pay anyone nor operete, made me spent all week on the phone with customer service from 6am-6pm only to finally come to a decision on a Friday and I hav been with you on the phone since Monday at 6am, that they will put a hold yet again on the entire account and no operations will be possible for another 4-5 days until they decide to review the history again with my answers, which questions that they give me to answer are the same ones that they asked me to answer 4 days ago, so the answers were good to reinstate the account 4 days ago and now four days later why are they asking the same questions over and over again, cause in 4 days the answers are still the same ,, what is the purpose of all this chaos that Square has deliberately created in our company? Why a company that is struggling to reopen cause it was denied and rejected for any funding or grants that are just barely trying to reopen, transition, and survive is being perceived as this horrible Company and is being placed under strict, severe, harsh limitation for no reason twice in the same week. Do you have nothing better to do than making our lives a living hell and thinking that we'll dedicate 24 hours a day, seven days a week for the rest of our lives to square customer service support!
