I have had help from support to downgrade my plan, as the website is not working as well as it had been.
There has been a credit applied to my account but I am unable to transfer it to my bank, as it is only a credit to be used to buy things with.
Please help me to receive a proper refund.

You'll have to contact our Support Team directly and ask to speak with our eCom specialist team. They are the only ones that can remove Square Online plans and initiate refunds. Sorry about that!
