Domain Transfer from Wordpress

Having problems transferring domain name from Wordpress: went through the online form last night but Wordpress were sending transfer code to wrong email - eventually got the code this morning but stuck in a loop when trying to go back into the square form for changing domain name - it keeps saying 'This domain is already being transferred' - but I haven't been able to input the transfer code?  How can I sort this?
